For more information you can visit www.francevelotourisme.com which details the different sections of this route. On this site you will find the two stages through Destination Broceliande namely:
Saint-Méen-le-Grand-Ploërmel
Ploërmel-Questembert

  • The VD2 connecting Ploërmel to Guipry-Messac

This departmental road borrows the old railway line linking Ploërmel to Châteaubriant. You will cross the municipalities of Guer, Porcaro or Augan. Near Porcaro do not hesitate to make a stop to go to see the Madonna of the bikers. On August 15, it is in this village that motorcyclists from all over France gather to celebrate the pardon of the Madonna. As far as the road surface is concerned, it is asphalted on about 1.5 km, between Guer and Porcaro, and around Guer. The rest is stabilized sand. You will go along the edge of the Aff at the exit of Guer in a pretty valley as well as the valley of the Oyon.
