Benoît produces his beers with local ingredients: the water is Breton, the malt is made in Saint Avé with organic barley, the hops come from France or Germany. The bottles are made in Châteaubernard and the labels, designed by him, are printed in Landebaëron, in the Côtes d'Armor.
