Nature and culture are one and the same in this manor! The rooms embody the worlds of famous writers; Victor Hugo, Marcel Proust, George Sand, Marguerite Yourcenar and Pierre Loti have inspired the colours and decor. And their windows open onto a bucolic park; a large lawn, flowering meadows and three hundred year old oaks complete this warm atmosphere.

Located at equal distance from the historic town centre of the Petite Cité de Caractère of Montfort-sur-Meu and the Lac de Trémelin, your heart will swing between heritage and relaxation. The tourist office at the Lac de Trémelin will accompany you in your discoveries of natural and legendary sites.
'Le château du Pin' (Castle of the Pine) is a wonderful castle which was rebuilt in 1795, located on the lands of an old seigneury in Iffendic.
The 9-hectare domain, with its chapel, its dovecote and its service quarters, reminds us of the holiday resorts of the 19th century.
It combines refinement and simplicity, calm and life, past and present.
5 rooms are available (including two family suites), the decor of those rooms was inspired by french writers, as Victor Hugo.
