Approved as a "Botanical Garden of France and French-speaking countries" (JBF) and a member of Botanic Gardens Conservation International, the Yves Rocher Botanical Garden is also an LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) Refuge and a Host Garden (under the aegis of the National Botanical Conservatory of Brest) which welcomes threatened or endangered species. Around one hundred highly endangered species are currently on display.
