  • On the edge of the Brocéliande forest, in the heart of a small village in the Mauron area, the Maison Ruaud bakery opened its doors in September 2009. Erwann Ruaud's aim is to bake bread the way our ancestors used to.

The Ruaud bakery offers bread baked over a wood fire, made with sourdough and organic flours. You'll also find Viennese pastries, brioches, tarts and apple purées from the orchard.
The wood used for his oven comes from his own plantations.
